November Porc

Every weekend in November, at Sissa, Polesine Parmense, Zibello and Roccabianca

From 3 to 26 November, in a typical corner of the Parma Food Valley,the most mouth-watering relay race in Italy will kick off. Naturally, the focusof the event will be food and wine products of excellence.

 

November Porc is an important event to create interest around theParma Lowlands area and promote its products; this is where Culatello diZibello PDO, Spalla Cotta di San Secondo and Spalla Cruda di Palasone are born,together with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Fortana IGT wine, just to name afew.
The event, which started in 2002, is now at its 21st edition: the growth ofinitiatives and the professionalism of the exhibitors and hundreds ofvolunteers have led to an increase in the numbers of visitors each year.

-      Sissa - The Flavours of Pork,from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th November

-      Polesine Parmense - We cook"Priests and Bishops”, from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th November

-      Zibello - Pleasures anddelights at the Court of King Culatello, from Friday 17th to Sunday 19thNovember

-      Roccabianca - Harmonies ofSpices and Infusions, from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th November

Throughout the month of November, participating restaurants in the Culatello Road will feature "At the tablewith November Porc": menus dedicated to pork and inspired by traditionaldishes, created especially for this event.
An admission fee of €3 will be required, valid for all the areas.
