Una Fetta di Parma

A tour that will cover all of Italy, on the road until October.

A travelling event dedicated to Prosciutto di Parma, one more occasion to celebrate the Consortium's 60th anniversary. It will be a true journey through taste, discovering the flavours and history of this product of excellence from the Parma Food Valley.

This year, the tour touched again the major Italian cities, accompanied by an exceptional host, Filippo Magnini. The swimming champion with a passion for cooking took the audience on a captivating taste experience, with gourmet sandwiches created by him with the theme of "60 years of flavour" each decade of the Consortium's history is represented by a sandwich made with ingredients that best describe the trends of that period of time, with Prosciutto di Parma as the common thread of his culinary delights.

What will you find at the event?

- Parma Room: a presentation of all the elements that, for the past 60 years, have made Prosciutto di Parma an Italian product of excellence, with a final guided tasting.

- Photo Exhibition: a story through images of the Consortium and the history of the product.

- Food Trucks: the place to enjoy Prosciutto di Parma in a variety of gourmet pairings.
