There is only one Food Valley. Parma

A concentration of unique and memorable experiences that you can only enjoy here.

Crossroads of cultures and people. Seal of quality, synonymous with the highest expression of Italian talent. This is the Parma Food Valley.

In the Parma Food Valley, described by Forbes as "Italy's greatest gastronomic treasure”, food is represented throughout the entire supply chain: typical products and their protection consortia, renowned and Michelin-starred restaurants and chefs, Italian cuisine scholars, food museums, research and safety, industries, cultural and educational projects, international, national, and local trade fairs and events.

From short supply chains to the organic sector, from the restoration of traditional production techniques to large industrial supply chains, our know-how, craftsmanship and communication of knowledge have laid the foundations of a true Food Culture and Supply Chain of Excellence.

In the Parma Food Valley, gastronomic heritage is not just a collection of resources but a unique combination of anthropological expressions that make up the identity, history, and expertise of the community, a culture linked to a material and immaterial heritage.

The Parma Food Valley is a unique blend of original experiences that are impossible to imitate.

Coppa di Parma PGI

Still made as it used to be: only pork meat and a pinch of spices. Its artisanal production and natural maturation process make it unique.

Salami Felino PGI

It is the prince of Salamis, one of our products of excellence historically linked to the town of Felino, in the hills of Parma. Mild and delicate, it is made using the finest meats from heavy pigs.

Culatello di Zibello PDO

A masterpiece of taste and aroma made from the most prized part of the pork thigh. As tradition teaches, patience and a lot of experience are needed to produce this deli meat.

DOC wines

The perfect pairing for our extraordinary products. You can taste the hills of Parma and the know-how handed down the generations in every glass of Malvasia, Sauvignon, and Lambrusco.

Fungo di Borgotaro PGI

These porcini mushrooms with a mild, delicate and aromatic flavour, which are harvested only in late spring or late autumn, are a true treasure of the woods.

Crossroads of cultures and people. Seal of quality, synonymous with the highest expression of Italian talent. This is the Parma Food Valley.
